This full-time 1485 hours program is offered in Gatineau, Shawville, Maniwaki and Val D’Or. Program Objectives – This program provides secretarial training to enable men and women to perform the tasks and activities to function effectively in today’s wired, shifting and demanding office environment. The Secretarial Studies program incorporates:

  • The development, practice and understanding of the skills required to work in diverse office settings;
  • Learning about Database software, spreadsheets, word processing, bilingual communication and business correspondence production;
  • Developing and acquiring the trade-related knowledge for a rewarding career in administrative services.

Program Content – The program is divided into the following modules. In addition, all students participate in an on-the-job training period.
